JIM MINCHER
Jim came to Wilmington from Texas via Miami to open the Two Wheeler Dealer bicycle shop and to be close to the surf. He is now celebrating 32 years in the business. His first bike was a kid’s Schwinn and his first road bike was a Raleigh Grand Prix. At least 80% of Jim’s time is on the sales floor so that he can promote his philosophy that bikes are fun and that the buyer needs to be happy. Jim competes in the triathlons (became an Iron Man in 2004 in Brazil), enjoys mountain biking, and goes snowboarding and surfing with his two sons.
BILL CURRY
Bill was born in France. However, Wilmington has been home base for most of his life. Bill and Jim have been friends for years and business partners in the past. He has 30 years of shop experience and presently manages the repair shop. He recently returned from managing a bike shop in Kona, Hawaii, for two years. Bill experienced the thrill of becoming an Ironman at IMF. He is an inductee in the East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame.
CAMERON MOFFITT
Cameron hails from Texas by way of Charlotte. He has worked at the Two Wheeler Dealer since 1994. In 1997 he took a month off to participate in a race series called Mr. Gattis’ Tour of Texas - training and riding all day long. Cameron not only does the receiving for TWD, he is often busy on the sales floor and in the repair area. His first bike was a BMX bike and after that came trying out a variety of bikes - which corresponds to a variety of cars. Cameron competes in the triathlons and surfs, too.
JOE GAAB
In 2003, Joe (at age 20) arrived from Madison, Wisconsin, with a backpack and a few dollars in his pocket to interview with TWD. We liked him and he liked us; and he was soon learning about Southern coastal living. Joe is a great mechanic but now spends most of his time on the sales floor. Joe competed in races in the past. However, since working at TWD he has become a triathlete and a surfer. Joe has recently toured the Oregon coast and plans to go back and add part of Washington State to the ride.
BRIAN RIOUX
Brian was born in Massachusetts and lived in Hawaii before coming to Wilmington. He has been employed either full time or part time at TWD since 1994. Brian taught school for awhile and is now back full time working on the sales floor. He enjoys cycling, running, surfing and sailing. One of his favorite races was “24 Hours of Canaan” mountain bike race.
SCOTT EHRHART
Scott, originally from Pennsylvania, came to Wilmington from Florida looking for opportunities in the art field. He was employed in a bike shop and found out about Two Wheeler Dealer on our website. Scott works in sales and in the repair area. Although not a competitor, Scott has ridden and worked on bikes since his youth.
LISA EDWARDS
Lisa is originally from Pennsylvania and found Wilmington with the help of the U.S. Army. Her first bike was a 20" no name tiger cat, but she later got the bike of her dreams - a lime green Schwinn Varsity. Lisa works part time on the sales floor and can be spotted on a Co-Motion tandem with a five year old in the stoker position.
CHRIS CARPER
Chris is from Wilmington and his first bike was a black and yellow striped BMX bike. He worked part time at TWD while attending high school and presently is employed part time while attending college. His interest is in drawing and design. Chris entered his first triathlon at White Lake in 2003.

She spends her time at TWD in the office doing the bookkeeping, payroll, and other office tasks. As a child she had an Irishmail and then a Raleigh English bike. Now she rides a hybrid around the neighborhood.
JOHN KINGSBURY
John’s home state is Indiana. He came to Wilmington in 2005 after residing in Arizona and Texas where he raced mountain bikes. He has been a bike mechanic for 18 years and is a great asset to TWD. John enjoys dropping his coworkers in the woods on Tuesday and Thursday nights (as he tells it!).
ROBBY KNAPP
Robby was born in California, but Raleigh is home. Since his family owned a bike shop, Robby has been around bikes most of his life. In 1999 he was the east coast champion in BMX racing. We are glad that Robby chose UNCW and working part time at TWD. Along with racing his new Felt Sector, he is enjoying road riding and mountain biking with his fellow employees.

Fleck and his wife then sailed the eastern seaboard and chose Wilmington to be home for awhile. His plan is to sail around the world. Although TWD is his first experience working in a bicycle shop, his mechanical ability and enthusiasm for riding makes him a great team member.
