Here is a list of services we offer to make your Iron Distance Tri as painless as possible...
Rates for Assembly,Tune Up,Storage etc....
Receive and store box(no assebmly or tune up, you do that) $20.00
Receive and assemble your bike(no tune up) $60.00
Receive,assemble,tune up $100.00
Receive,assemble,tune up and rebox after the race $140.00
Receive,assemble,tune up,rebox,and ship to any of the lower 48 $260.00
Box bike after race to ship $60.00
Tune up- same day $ 40 to $60.00

Now that daylight savings has kicked in, you may find it hard to get in a good mountain bike ride before dark.....Well, stop by the shop to find out details of the Tuesday and Thursday night mountain bike rides....You think you know the trails during the day, but it is a completely different world at night.....
If you do not have a light, we have a loaner light you can use to see if you like riding at night. If you decide to stick with it, we carry all the lights and accessories to make night riding even more fun....
